Petra's List
The story behind it
Petra's List is named after Keith Motte's late mother-in-law, Petra. In January 2024 Keith lost his father and, 13 days later, Petra. Over the two years before that, his family searched for care, rehab, hospice, funeral homes, lawyers and help from Social Security, the VA and the county, often across state lines, and found that services you can trust are hard to find. Keith created Petra's List to help other families with what he learned. It is a local directory of assisted living, memory care, home care, home health, hospice and free programs across Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and nearby towns, with every listing pulled from public state and federal license records (CDSS and CMS). It adds a 7-question Care Finder, a Protect Our Seniors scam-alert hub, and Listed, Claimed and Verified labels, where paying never buys a Verified label.

Living in Temecula
The story behind it
Keith manages the Living in Temecula Facebook group and runs livingintemecula.org, a resident-first guide to the Temecula Valley. The site combines a local business directory with dated source checks, contractor listings cross-checked against CSLB license records, wine-country and family day planning, and deals and reservation links that are listed only when the source can be checked. No pay-to-play rankings.

The story behind it
The Behavior Technician Association describes itself as the first national professional association dedicated to behavior technicians (BTs) in Applied Behavior Analysis. BTA is a Topofmind.AI client: Keith built the prototype and v1 of its website on Lovable: membership sign-up, events including the Behavior Technician Conference, a blog, member spotlights, resources and a member login. The association's live site is at behaviortechassociation.com.

The story behind it
KADO Mobile Barber is a Topofmind.AI client. nappyheads.net is its website: KADO is an executive mobile barber serving San Marcos, Escondido, Vista, Oceanside and Carlsbad. The site lists every service and package with upfront prices, a military and first-responder discount, a gallery, blog and FAQ, call-or-book-online scheduling, and an AI Hairstyle Visualizer that lets customers preview a new style before booking. Built on Lovable.

The story behind it
Deciding when to claim Social Security is a major retirement decision, and Social Security Sage is built on the idea that people should understand the why, not just get a number. It is a calculator that explains while it calculates: plain-English reasons behind each recommendation, analysis beyond basic break-even, and a mobile-first design. Built on Lovable as a prototype and client work.

ModelEOL
The story behind it
Keith Motte owns and built ModelEOL through Topofmind.AI. As an AWS Enterprise Support Manager, he saw that the most common Amazon Bedrock tickets weren't about prompts: they were about a model missing from the customer's Region, a quota of 0, or a model retiring under a production workload. ModelEOL makes those three things easy to check from the public AWS docs and the AWS Price List API, with a model-by-Region grid, a retirement calendar you can add to your own calendar, pricing by model and provider, a change log, quota and access fixes, and a weekly change email. It is an independent project, not affiliated with AWS.

AI Watchdog
The story behind it
Keith Motte built and maintains AI Watchdog, Topofmind.AI's free status page for AI and cloud services at status.topofmind.ai. As an AWS Enterprise Support Manager, his team was on the call whenever a cloud service had a bad day, working out what was broken, who was affected and what to switch to. AI Watchdog is the page he wanted during those calls. Every five minutes it reads the official status pages of major AI and cloud providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS, Azure and Cloudflare, and adds anonymous problem reports from users, labeling which is which. It also keeps an incident history, monthly uptime rankings and a public methodology page. It is an independent project, not affiliated with any provider it tracks. Built on Lovable.

Complete Performance (CP)
The story behind it
Topofmind.AI founder Keith Motte built Complete Performance Academy for Complete Performance (CP), a client, and also built v1 of CP's main website. The academy is a mobile-first study and mentorship platform for people preparing for the BCBA and RBT exams and for BCBA supervision. Practice questions explain every answer, study guides follow the BACB Test Content Outline domains (BCBA 6th ed., RBT 3rd ed.), and each practice session ends with a score by domain. It also offers a free 5-question sample, 1-on-1 BCBA mentor coaching, a cohort community, and a supervision program with fieldwork-hour tracking. Built with React, Express and Postgres.

The story behind it
MyCursive is owned and run by its founder, a teacher; Topofmind.AI (Keith Motte) has managed its SEO and AEO for about 2.5 years. The site, started in 2016, offers cursive and print handwriting hubs, free worksheets, a cursive worksheet generator and text generator, plus workbooks and a full curriculum.
